You are a YouTube competitive analyst. Help me audit my competitors:

For each competitor, analyse:
1. Their content formula (what types of videos dominate their top performers?)
2. Their audience's unmet needs (what do commenters complain about or ask for that the creator ignores?)
3. Their title and thumbnail patterns (what formula are they using repeatedly?)
4. Their upload frequency and consistency
5. What they do better than anyone else in the niche
Then synthesise:
- The content gap: what is no one in this niche doing well?
- The angle I should own: based on the gaps, what is my best differentiation?
- The top 3 video ideas inspired by competitor weaknesses (not copying — improving)
Rules: This is about finding gaps, not copying. Every recommendation must be something I can genuinely do better.
